Migdal Ha’ir is an office building which was built in Jerusalem in 1978 by architect Prof. Dan Eytan. The building Overlooks the center of the city. The 21 floors building houses offices, clinics, accounting offices and government units. There are also 6 parking floors.
Design concept:
The building is in a square shape with truncated edges.
The entrance level of the tower is higher than that of the Mishbir building plaza, connected to it by escalators.
